The idea for Maskan Real Estate was conceived in 2020 by Rayyan, who identified opportunities in the evolving Saudi Arabian property market. While working on an investment deal, Adeeb recognized the broader potential of the concept.
In 2025, seeing the tremendous growth opportunities in the Kingdom's real estate sector, Rayyan and Adeeb decided to combine their expertise and capital to transform Maskan from a concept into reality.

Undergraduate from University Of Pennsylvania. Currently pursuing a MSc at Imperial College London. 3 years of experience split across Academic Research, IT Project Management and Private Credit.
